Fresh whole medium or large mango
- 1 scoop
coconut Mylk plant base protein powder
- 2 tsps
chia seeds
- 2 tsps
hemp seeds
- 1Tbsp
organic coconut flakes
- 200 to 250mL

Method

Blend to a smooth consistency. Top with chopped fresh mango, shredded organic coconut & a sprinkle of chia seeds.
NOTE: the thickness of your smoothie is a personal thing, so feel free to tweak the ingredients to your taste!
