AS OF FEBRUARY 2020

MERCH RETURNS

If you’d like to return a purchased item for a refund here are a few things you need to do:

  • Contact us within 28 days of your purchase to notify us of the return. Please include a completed Merch Return Form.
  • Once we’ve approved the return, we’ll let you know, then you’ll have 5 business days to ship the item/s back to us and provide a corresponding tracking number. 
  • Returned items must still be new, unused and with all original tags attached.
  • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

EXCHANGES

We’re unable to exchange products. If you wish to exchange a product, you will need to return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.

RECEIVING A REFUND

You’ll receive your refund back to the original payment method you used. If you paid via PayPal, it can take around 3-5 business days.

It is only possible to get a refund on change of mind returns when the return is in line with our returns policy. We’ll refund the same means of payment as you used to make your purchase.

We currently refund any applicable sales tax and/or duties for orders originally delivered to and returned from within Australia.

Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

RETURNING THE MERCH

Apparel – All apparel packaging such as dust bags and tags must still be attached as you received them. Please handle light-coloured shirts and accessories carefully if you are still deciding whether to keep the item or not. 

Slides – Please return slides, including the dust bag and tags. When you try them on, stand on a carpeted surface to protect the soles.

Sox – Returns for sox will not be accepted if they have been opened and worn.

KeepCups and Milk Jugs – Please make sure to return all items in their original, undamaged box (including manuals and other inserts).

Faulty goods – Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.

If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 28 days from the date you received it. 

Late Returns – Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 28 days of receiving your order. Returns outside this timeframe may be accepted at our discretion.
