Quick or rolled oats
Bonsoy Almond Milk
Coconut yogurt (optional)
Plant based protein powder
Seeds mix (e.g. pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, chia seeds etc)
Mixed dried fruits (e.g. raisins, sultanas, cranberries, apricots etc)
Spiral Organic Maple Syrup
Spiral Organic Peanut Butter (smooth or crunchy)
Banana (peeled + sliced)
Place all ingredients except toppings into a bowl and mix until combined.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place it in the fridge for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Remove the plastic wrap and divide into two glass jars or bowls. Arrange your choice of toppings on top.
Enjoy! Can be stored in the fridge for up to 4-5 days.
