Ingredients
- 1 can (320mL)
Sparkling Coconut Water – Natural or Watermelon
Of your favourite seasonal fruits with a variety of colour, diced or sliced (kiwi, watermelon, melon, pineapple, strawberry, blueberries, grapes, peaches, nectarines, plums, mangos)
Method

Add the fruits into the popsicle moulds.

Pour the sparkling coconut water over the fruit, into the moulds and place them in the freezer.

Once frozen, remove from the moulds.
