MERCH EXCHANGES & RETURNS
If you’d like to return a purchased item for a different size or a refund here are a few things you’d need to do:
- We recommend activating PayPal’s Refunded Returns service on your PayPal account (prior to any purchase). This is a free service in which PayPal will pay for your item’s return shipping. Otherwise, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Contact us within 28 days of your purchase to notify us of the return. Please include an accomplished Merch Return/Exchange Form and a clear, high resolution photo of the item.
- Once we’ve approved the return/exchange, we’ll let you know after which you’ll have 5 business days to ship the item/s back to us.
Returned items must still be in their original and unworn condition.
- Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 14 days of receiving you order. Returns outside this timeframe may not be accepted at our discretion.
RECEIVING A REFUND
You’ll receive your refund back to the original payment method you used. If you paid via PayPal, it can take around 3-5 business days to get the amount back.
We currently refund any applicable sales tax and/or duties for orders originally delivered to and returned from within Australia.
Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.
- All items must be returned new, unused and with all tags attached within 28 days of receipt
- Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.
- Purchased items must have been received at an Australian address.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Goods are classified as faulty or damaged if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty.
If your item is faulty or damaged when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 28 days from the date you received it.
We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on our website as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors, tablets and mobile devices vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of a colour will be completely accurate.
