Bonsoy Custard Cream

This delicious custard is perfect with fruits, granola, waffles, pancakes, tarts.

This great recipe is Vegan too.

Bonsoy Custard Cream


  • 1 cup Spiral Amazake
  • 2 cups Bonsoy
  • 2 Tbsp Spiral Organic Kudzu
  • Vanilla beans (or extract)


  1. Dissolve kuzu in 2 tablespoons of Bonsoy. Leaving no lumps.
  2. In a pan, warm Bonsoy, Amazake and vanilla over medium heat, stirring well.
  3. While continualy stirring add dissolved kuzu to the pan, keep stirring for another 5-10 minutes until it thickens.
  4. If there are lumps blend mixture till you have a smooth consistency
Serve warm or pour into a container to cool and enjoy with all your desserts!
