Bonsoy Custard Cream
This delicious custard is perfect with fruits, granola, waffles, pancakes, tarts.
This great recipe is Vegan too.
- 1 cup Spiral Amazake
- 2 cups Bonsoy
- 2 Tbsp Spiral Organic Kudzu
- Vanilla beans (or extract)
Serve warm or pour into a container to cool and enjoy with all your desserts!
- Dissolve kuzu in 2 tablespoons of Bonsoy. Leaving no lumps.
- In a pan, warm Bonsoy, Amazake and vanilla over medium heat, stirring well.
- While continualy stirring add dissolved kuzu to the pan, keep stirring for another 5-10 minutes until it thickens.
- If there are lumps blend mixture till you have a smooth consistency
