- 200g Flour
- 1 Tsp Baking soda
- ½ Tsp Baking powder (non-aluminium)
- Pinch Sea Salt
- 50g Raisins
- 3 Tbsp Shredded Coconut
- 150g Spiral Amazake
- 4 Tbsp Bonsoy
Serve warm or cool on there own, or with jam and butter!
- Line a baking tray with baking paper and pre-heat your oven to 200 degrees C. In a bowl, sift flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt together.
- Add raisins and coconut.
- In a separate bowl, mix the Amazake and Bonsoy together. Add this to the dry ingredients, mix well.
- Using your hands, roll into balls and place on baking paper leaving a gap between each. Bake scones for 15mins or until golden on top.
